Literary & Arts Magazine

Spring Street is Columbus State's literary magazine; it features poetry, fiction, non-fiction, sketches, photography, and other visual arts created by the Columbus State students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Spring Street is published annually and is produced from beginning (soliciting literature and art) to end (layout and design) by students who take ENGL 215 and ENGL 280.

Spring Street is a unique publication because the staff is committed to publishing 80% student literature and art and only 20% faculty, staff, and alumni literature and art. Spring Street is sold in the bookstore for $4.00. For further information about submissions or about joining the staff of Spring Street, contact Steve Abbott, faculty advisor.
